Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order
At Sven's Outlet (svensoutlet.com), shipping is always free on every order to addresses in the United States. There's no minimum order.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time
Free Shipping usually arrives within 5-10 business days after your order ships. Your items are shipped by our fulfillment partners, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Faster shipping
If a faster paid shipping option is available for your address, you'll see it and its price at checkout.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If we can't ship to your address, checkout will let you know before you pay.

Order tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can also check your order status by signing in to your account.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, email us at customer.service@svensoutlet.com and we'll help.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
